Surrey stained glass is a window company run by Ken Morland that specialises in stained glass and leaded lights for conservation areas. We design, restore and install all aspects of this mastercraft. Having over 30 years of experience Ken Morland takes pride in achieving the best quality in his work.
Working with architects and the customer he has produced some wonderful pieces of work over the past years. The stained glass window designs can range from Victorian, Edwardian, Art Deco, ecclesiastical and modern designs, there maybe a particular design that a customer might have or a traditional design from various books that we use. Everything is made the traditional way to the highest quality.
We make many leaded lights for conservation areas using conservation glass which is usually made in Poland and England depending on the job in hand. We repair leaded windows in situ if possible using experienced glaziers. Ken has not just been a stained glass window maker but also a glazier of the same time. Due to building regulations most newbuilds or extensions have to be double glazed which means encapsulate the stained glass into a sealed unit in which Surrey stained glass provides this service.
